In line with our Covid-safe plan, it is a requirement for all staff and contractors to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. If a person is not eligible for vaccination or has a valid medical exemption, we will advise you of this situation in advance. No unvaccinated person will attend your site without your informed consent.

Yes, my business is insured.

I carry an EFTPOS machine, accepting all credit and debit cards. No surcharge applies for card payments (until further notice).

For new and existing domestic clients, payment is requested at the completion of the visit. 

For commercial and industrial clients, our default invoice terms are 7-Days. 

Regular clients and partners may request different payment terms that may better suit their needs. 

No. 

Paying-tax is a good thing to do. The tax system pays for our healthcare, and many other utilities that make our society function.  However, I do offer discounts for the elderly and some non-profit groups. Cash is an accepted payment-method for values below $1000.00.

I work from my mobile office (aka, the van). 

My day normally starts from my home workshop, located at Northgate.

We help many different types of customers: from the neighbours across the street, to the most specialised of facilities within a hospital or a manufacturing facility.

Therefore we have a price on application structure (POA). 

Once we receive and consider your enquiry, we will provide you with our pricing rates (that is relevant to you).

However, Air Conditioning installation work is not my forte.

As a specialist provider within the HVAC&R Industry, I focus on diagnostics, energy-efficiency upgrades, compliance and independent asset-assessments/ advice.

Providers of mechanical services in Queensland are licensed by the following regulators:

• Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC).  
• Australian Refrigerant Council (ARC)
• Queensland Electrical Safety Office. 
• Queensland Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate. 
• Workplace Health and Safety Legislation

You will require an electrician wherever the installation of new electrical infrastructure may be required. 

This is because the only licence class that a refrigeration mechanic is permitted to apply for is a Restricted Electrical License. 

I am licensed to replace any electrical component, that is installed as part of a Refrigeration or HVAC System.

Potentially. I have intentionally adopted a slow-growth business model. 

While I welcome expressions of interest, I may not be able to offer a comprehensive maintenance package for large facilities without a period of notice.

This is because I carefully balance my workload, to ensure that all of my existing clients continue to enjoy a world-class experience.

So, if you're happy with the services of your current HVAC Contractor, I say keep them!

Think of me as your independent adviser for matters of compliance, quality and delivery verification.

Yes, that is correct. 

As a freelance provider, I travel to Toowoomba on a regular basis. 

I also happen to love our Southern Queensland Country. So, please do give me another reason to drive out to Toowoomba 🙏 (I intend to make Toowoomba my home when the timing is right). 

As a specialist technical provider, my work is normally complementary to the basic services offered by your local Contractor/s.

Existing clients and high-concern breakdowns are prioritised. Remote support is available for some facilities. I do offer 24h callouts to existing clients where agreed in advance.

I don't follow the normal practice of charging clients extra for working outside business hours. 

My schedule is flexible.

I also offer a diagnostics and repairs service for residential clients on week-nights. I open a number of these late appointments each week, where bookings are available between 5pm, and 9pm.

My availability for 24h call-outs are limited. However, this is not a common request due to the type of work that I undertake.

• I can offer 24h callouts to a limited number of clients, when agreed in advance.
• I do offer remote support, which is more readily available for facilities where remote access is available.

All breakdown attendance requests will be prioritised within the following order:

1. Where an asset is included within a priority attendance agreement.
2. Breakdowns where there is potential for serious consequences to result.
3. Existing clients who request a breakdown attendance.
4. Non-client breakdown requests where available.
